PARTNER CHARTER
Our Partner Charter sets out the values, standards, and commitments we look for in every brand we work with. It’s how we make sure our partnerships are built on shared purpose, mutual respect, and a genuine drive to fix climate change.
We evaluate all prospective brand partners against the charter on a case-by-case basis. If they meet the criteria, they’re shortlisted and put to a community vote.
Only brands that receive a majority “yes” vote from participating members are added to the platform. It’s one member, one vote and the final decision rests with the Glad community.
OUR GUIDELINES
Net Positive
We prioritize brands that strive to leave the world better than they found it.
Certified B Corps, social enterprises, and mission-led companies will always have a home in the Glad community. We are also happy to consider brands minimising the harm they do, even if they’re early on their impact journey.
We avoid brands that actively contribute to climate harm.
This includes companies in fossil fuels, fast fashion, and other high-impact industries that show little interest in change.
Human Integrity
We look for brands that treat people with dignity, fairness, and respect.
That means safe working conditions, ethical marketing, and inclusive values. We want partners our community can trust and feel proud to stand alongside.
We avoid brands that profit from exploitation.
That includes gambling, pornography, and platforms that prey on people’s vulnerabilities. If it’s not good for people, it’s not right for Glad.
Community Fit
We look for brands that feel like part of the Glad community.
That means being honest, curious, and ready to take real action on climate. We love working with people who care, who try their best every day, and who look after others and the planet.
We avoid brands that don’t share these values.
If we wouldn’t feel proud to introduce them to our community, they’re probably not the right fit.
Momentum & Reach
We look for brands that help move the mission forward.
That might mean reaching lots of people, having strong influence, or simply showing up with energy and purpose. Big or small, we love partners who use their voice and platform to make change happen.
