We believe that climate change is one of the biggest challenges of our time.

But when it comes to understanding the science of climate change and the numerous policies regarding it globally, there’s a lot to digest and understand.

When we first founded Glad we knew we’d need to dive deep into the topic reading research papers, government policy documents, and scientific reports.

The problem was these documents are dense, complex, numerous, and pretty tough to get through.

Luckily we found an AI tool that helped us turn those heavy papers, policies and reports into engaging, conversational deep-dive podcasts.

Initially, we used these AI generated podcast episodes to speed up our own learning about climate change and atmospheric pollution.

Then we realised something: If this helps us, it could help others too.

So, we’re sharing these episodes as a new podcast called Breaking Down Climate Pollution.

Find it on: YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts

We hope it helps make climate science and policy easier to understand. Whether you're a Glad Climate Club member, a climate advocate, a policymaker, or just curious about what’s really going on, we hope these deep dives help you stay informed.

If any episode piques your interest in one of the papers it’s discussing you’ll be able to find links to the original documents in the show notes and on our blog.

Check them out and let us know what you think. Enjoy!

NB - The AI tool we’re using to generate these episodes can be a little hit and miss in terms of the structure of the conversations, but on the whole we’ve found them to be a useful way of consuming the materials. Your milage may vary.
